Hi, thanks for visiting whoop! My goal is to create eye-catching and stylish jewelry using new and vintage beads and findings. I use recycled metals in all of my creations. All jewelry arrives ready for gift giving using eco-friendly and recycled materials.

I accept paypal, credit cards, and money orders. Payment is expected immediately with when using Paypal or within 5 days of order placement with a money order, unless you have made a prior arrangement with me for other terms.

Maryland residents will be charged 6% sales tax.
**Any shipping overage (by $1) will be refunded when I ship your item.**

Your purchase will be confirmed and shipped first-class mail within five business days of receiving payment. If you need something quicker, I can try (and usually do!), but I cannot make any promises. I ship within the U.S. by USPS first class with delivery confirmation, and outside the United States by USPS international first class (delivery confirmation is not available for international first class orders). If you would like to upgrade to priority or express shipping, please convo me to find out about times and additional charges.

Orders within the US usually take 3-5 business days to arrive, and international orders generally take 2-3 weeks (these times are not exact, and will depend on the mail service and customs practices of the specific country).

International Buyers: Please be aware that some countries may charge customs fees; buyers are responsible for paying their own customs fees. Please bear any possible customs fees in mind when purchasing.

**Buyers are responsible for ensuring mailing addresses are correct. Please double check and send me a message, either at checkout or shortly thereafter, if you'd like your order to be sent elsewhere.**
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not pleased with your purchase, please convo me and we will work something out, whether it be an exchange or a refund, less shipping within 10 days. For sanitary reasons, earrings may not be returned. Custom orders are not eligible for refunds.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to my shipping error or a defective product. For the most part, my experience with the US postal service has been extremely reliable, but for your protection and mine, returns must be sent back to me with delivery confirmation. I cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit back to me. Please package your return carefully. If you are returning an order, please let me know so that I can expect the package and process your refund or exchange in a timely fashion.

Cancellation requests all be honored; however, they will not be processed without this information.
