Thanks for visiting the policies site at whoozies. I love knitting and am excited about sharing my handknit products with others. I knit every hat or make every bow as if it is for my daughter, she is actually the model for my items too! All the pictures of the items are of the actual items. Here are the specifics of purchasing from whoozies:

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
Payment
I accept PayPal payments only. This payment method is very simple and trusted.
An item that is purchased must be paid for within 3 days of buying it, otherwise the item will be relisted on whoozies.com. Not paying for an item within 3 days will cancel your order.
Shipping
As I am beginning my etsy shop, shipping is currently FREE. I will ship the purchased item(s) within 3 business days after payment. The item will be wrapped in tissue paper and then placed in a bubble envelope.
Currently, I am not shipping internationally, but feel free to email me at hollie.woodruff [!at] gmail.com and we can discuss shipping internationally.
Refunds and Exchanges
I try to represent the items as best I can through pictures and their descriptions. If, however, you are unsatisfied with the item(s), they can be returned within 3 days after receiving the item(s). The customer will pay for the shipping to return any item(s). Money for the item(s) will be returned via PayPal. The item must also be returned in the condition it was given to the customer.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please hand wash all items. If the hat has a bow, it is removable and needs to be removed before hand washing. Carefully remove water. The best way to remove water will be to place the item between towels and remove excess water by applying pressure. Wringing is not a recommended method of getting the water out of a wet hat. After most of the water is removed using a pressing motion on a towel, lay flat to dry.
