Returns and exchange details
I gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions - (1) the tire cover does not fit or (2) the product is damaged or defective.

No returns on custom orders (excluding the above conditions). Because of the nature of custom orders (e.g., specific colored yarn must be purchased or personal design developed), I am unable to accept returns on custom orders.
Shipping
Check the shipping tab for up to date custom tire cover wait times. This varies greatly depending on the number of current orders so I update the shipping tab daily.

If you need any special shipping arrangements (faster shipping, insurance, etc) please let me know right away.

International Shipping Policies:
I'm not responsible for any duty taxes you may incur.
No refund for lost packages.
I'm not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address.

How long will it take?

This varies depending on my current number of orders. Please see the "Shipping & Policies" tab above for up to date time frame or send me message.

How will it hold up? Will it get dirty? Can it get wet?

I've had the same one my Jeep for about 3 years. Yes, it gets dirty but I just take it off and throw it in the washer and dryer. It has been thru rain, snow, long trips and is holding up fine. The only negative is that it has faded. Also, sometimes it sags when it is wet from the rain. Once it dries it returns to normal again.

How do I purchase a custom listing?

Whenever you're ready, just purchase the listing of the design you like and put the color choice and tire size in the "notes" box during checkout.
