Payment
Paypal payment or other payment arrangements must be made via convo within 48 hours of committing to purchase, or I reserve the right to cancel the sale and list the item.

● I accept credit cards and e-checks through Paypal.
● I also accept Visa and MC by phone if you prefer not using Paypal.
● Personal checks are accepted. I hold items for 1 week from receipt of check for funds to clear bank before sending packages.

Sales to North Carolina addresses will automatically be charged 7% state sales tax.
Shipping
we normally ship purchases within 24 to 48 hours after receiving payment Sunday through Thursday. Purchases made on Friday and Saturday ship the next business day.

We try to find the best method for shipping your package- the USPO if within the state or close by. UPS if out of state.
We pack our product well to insure it arrives in good condition to you.
If you are buying more then one item we will bundle your shipping to give you the best price we can find.
Insurance is included with the shipping price.
Refunds and Exchanges
We insure all items. If an item arrives damaged please let me know within 1 day of receipt and we will either refund your purchase or remake the item for you or offer you an alternate item from our shop.
Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping

If you don't like your purchase: send items back to us in new condition and we will refund your entire purchase price less shipping- Be sure to add insurance and pack well.
Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds are offered 5 days after receipt - please convo me if you plan on returning anything.


We do my best to accurately depict and describe the items in my shop and ask that you keep in mind that all items are one of a kind, made by hand and by nature have imperfections and variations. If you are unhappy with the items that you receive, please contact me within 3 business days to arrange for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in good condition in original packaging on order to qualify for a refund or exchange. You will be provided with packaging instructions. Credit will be refunded upon safe receipt of returned items.
Buyer is responsible for damage in transit.

In the event of a return or exchange, shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and non-refundable.

After 10 day grace period, all sales are final.

In the event of a stolen package, refunds will not be provided.


We include a receipt with your package. If you are purchasing a gift that is to be sent directly to the recipient, please notify me at checkout. I will include a card with the message of your choice and will not include any receipts or invoices.
