Payment must be made and confirmed within 3 days from purchase. If there are special circumstances, please let me know by etsy convo. I will make every effort to contact you by convo or email before I cancel any order for nonpayment.

I accept Etsy direct payment or Pay Pal. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account to use Pay pal. Pay Pal provides a secure way to pay with your credit card, although the credit card venue may take a bit longer to show up as a paid item in my account. I do not ship until payment has been received.
Please allow me 3 business days to ship out your item. I make every attempt to mail the very next business day from the time your payment is received and cleared.

Orders are shipped to your Pay Pal address unless otherwise requested or to the Etsy address for you on your invoice.

My shipping quotes are the least expensive for the item to help keep your costs down. I refund unintentional overcharges. I set up generalized shipping profiles based on USPS and International ship rates from the US, the only way etsy provides shipping calculation to sellers.

If you wish Priority, USPS Overnight, Priority International, or Express International please convo me BEFORE you place an order so I can adjust your fees or invoice you the difference.

The shipping fees quoted often include a $1.00 U.S and $1.50 International handling charge to cover shipping supplies and delivery tracking and/or insurance. I USE CLEAN RECYLCED SHIPPING SUPPLIES OFTEN.

If you are ordering from a location where shipping is prohibited because of content, or temporary or permanent circumstances that would prohibit secure and/or timely delivery as determined by the USPS at the above link, I reserve the right to cancel your order with total refund of your purchase price and shipping fees.

Customs charges are the buyer's responsibility and please do not ask me to label contents as gifts.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your SATISFACTION ASSURANCE: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for ANY REASON, I will gladly refund the entire purchase price including shipping and handling and will pay for you to ship the item back to me (least expensive shipping option, and your ship refund to you upon receipt of item by me) Please do not try to repair or alter the damaged items until you have notified me. That can make it difficult for me if I file an insurance claim. In the case of damage, you may be asked to email me a clear, large photo of the item if I am asked to provide same by USPS or 3rd party insurers to file a claim. NOTIFY ME BY ETSY CONVO WITHIN 3 CALENDAR DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF ITEM OF ANY PROBLEMS.

Because many of my items are one of a kind and you are purchasing a handmade and custom treasure, I will only refund your charges, and cannot replicate the item and offer an exchange.
