Thank you for your interest in Wibbley World! Please contact me with any questions or problems regarding my items for sale or if you're interested in a custom item. In addition to commissioned original paintings, almost all of my work can be made into prints or put onto pendants.

Accepted payment methods

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Please contact me if there is a problem with your order so that we can work it out.

I cannot accept returns of custom/personalized items.

If the item is not custom, I will accept returns if you notify me within 14 days of receipt, and send the item back in original, new condition with all packaging and inserts. When I receive the item back, in the above condition, I will issue a refund less shipping. If there was free shipping, I will refund purchase price less my shipping cost. Please contact me for clarification.
Payment
I accept payment through PayPal and Direct Checkout (Visa and Mastercard). Layaway and payment plans are available for more expensive items such as commissioned artwork, please contact me for info.
Shipping
SHIPPING TIME:

Unless it's a custom order, all items are shipped from one to two business days (usually one, but I like to have a little wiggle room just in case). I try to be flexible so please let me know if there are any special circumstances.

PRINTS:

Prints are shipped USPS first class for a flat rate. I am happy to upgrade to priority for an additional fee, upon request. I

ORIGINAL ART:

In the US, all original art is sent Priority Insured, as these items are one of a kind and cannot be replaced. International shipping varies on what is available to the destination country.
