It's very important to me that you're happy with your purchase from Nuda. I try my best to portray the items for sale accurately through photos and descriptions. Unfortunately, colors may vary from monitor to monitor or lighting. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have about an item before placing your order.

Refunds or exchanges are only given on a case-by-case basis. If you have concerns and are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact me and I'll do my best to make it right.

I accept PayPal, credit cards, and Etsy gift cards. Payment must be processed within 24 hours of your purchase.

I ship 1-2 days after payment is received/cleared-- via USPS First Class (which will take approx. 2-5 business days to get to you). All items are sent out in protective packaging. I ship domestically and internationally! *INTERNATIONAL sales please message me prior to ordering to get shipping costs, thank you*

All items are shipped to the address on your Etsy account with delivery confirmation and tracking for domestic orders. Insurance is available upon request.
