I've been buying and selling vintage jewelry and making jewelry since 1976. There are so many amazing pieces out there, so much diversity and that's what I like to offer - the unusual, the lovely, the wicked!

It's difficult to make a purchase over the internet. I understand that. I hope you will look at my feedback and see how happy my customers are. The jewelry I sell always looks better in person! Be assured that if your choice doesn't suit you for whatever reason, I will refund your purchase price once I receive the returned item in the same condition that it was sent. Please contact me within 7 days from the date of delivery, and keep all of the packaging as it makes it easier to return. If I've made a mistake in the listing or given out incorrect information, I will pay for return shipping and will refund in full, and if it's buyer's remorse, my customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping, and the item's price minus shipping will be refunded upon receipt. The item must be returned in the condition it was received in - I appreciate your understanding on this!

I test every piece of sterling silver before it's listed. If I state that it's sterling, please know that I've tested it whether it is marked as sterling or not. The same with Bakelite, amber, jet/lignite and coral.

All jewelry will be mailed to you safely wrapped inside a cardboard jewelry box that will be tucked inside of a bubble mailer. I understand that you don't want your lovely purchase looking like confetti when it arrives. I don't want that to happen either!

My customers are very important to me. I want my customers to be satisfied at a minimum, and hopefully thrilled with their purchase, and will do whatever I can to see that they are. If you need extra information about an item, I'm here to answer your questions. I have the luxury of working in a business where I can make people happy. That's an honor and that's my goal.

Payment
I accept Paypal and Direct Checkout for major credit cards. The payment option defaults to credit cards so if you get the credit card information page and prefer Paypal, just hit the back browser and click on Paypal for payment method.
Shipping
I ship most items via priority mail as it's much quicker and more safe. All items are shipped insured. Please contact me with any questions or concerns!

I mail within 72 hours of receiving the order. I try to get the shipment out on the same day or next day if I can. Please contact me if you need your item within a certain time period.

Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns regardless of the reason for the return. Please contact me within 3 days from the date of delivery, and keep all of the packaging as it makes it easier to return. The item must be returned in the condition it was received in and within 7 business days of the date the item was delivered. It's best to send it back insured, as the sender assumes responsibility for the package. If I send something to you and it doesn't reach you, I'm fully responsible for the loss of the item and would reimburse my customer, and it works the other way when a customer returns - the responsibility for insuring is with the person who mails the item. I appreciate your understanding on this!
Additional policies and FAQs
I am happy to arrange a layaway plan for any item over $75. I can spread the payments over a 30 to 60 day period. Those are my terms in general, and I will always work with my customers if you need more time. Each layaway plan is tailored to the person making the purchase. I require a non-refundable good faith down payment of 15% to 20%. Please contact me for more information!

Regarding reserved items - If you ask for a reserve, I will hold the item for 24 hours. I need to know when you plan on purchasing at the time you reserve the item. If I don't hear from you within twenty four hours, I will assume you don't want the item and will take the reserve off. If a customer repeatedly reserves and doesn't contact me, I will no longer be able to reserve anything for that customer. Thank you for understanding.
