This gentleman's photo has been replaced with a photo of another distinguished friend who died in June, and the brooch was given to one of his dearest friends and colleagues. So elegant!

It's difficult to make a purchase over the internet. I understand that. I hope you will look at my feedback and see how happy my customers are. The jewelry I sell always looks better in person! Be assured that if your choice doesn't suit you for whatever reason, I will refund your purchase price once I receive the returned item. Please contact me within 7 days from the date of delivery, and keep all of the packaging as it makes it easier to return. If I've made a mistake in the listing or given out incorrect information, I will pay for return shipping and will refund in full, and if it's buyer's remorse, my customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping, and the item's price minus shipping will be refunded upon receipt. The item must be returned in the condition it was received in - I appreciate your understanding on this!

I test every piece of sterling silver before it's listed. If I state that it's sterling, please know that I've tested it whether it is marked as sterling or not. The same with Bakelite, amber, and coral.

All jewelry will be mailed to you safely wrapped inside a cardboard jewelry box that will be tucked inside of a bubble mailer. I understand that you don't want your lovely purchase looking like confetti when it arrives. I don't want that to happen either!

My customers are very important to me. I want my customers to be satisfied at a minimum, and hopefully thrilled with their purchase, and will do whatever I can to see that they are. If you need extra information about an item, I'm here to answer your questions. I have the luxury of working in a business where I can make people happy. That's an honor and that's my goal.

Payment
I accept Paypal and Direct Checkout for major credit cards. The payment option defaults to credit cards so if you get the credit card information page and prefer Paypal, just hit the back browser and click on Paypal for payment method.
Shipping
I send all items USPS first class, and on multiple orders I ship priority if size and weight warrant it. I refund shipping excess over $1 and will get you the most economical rate I can. Tracking is automatically included, and will work outside the U.S. for some countries, but not all. All items are shipped insured. Please contact me with any questions or concerns!

I will ship internationally upon request if your country is not listed on the shipping. Let me know what country I'll be mailing the item to, as weight and size will determine the costs. IMPORTANT - International import thresholds can be very low, and I recommend checking the threshold here, especially if you are in the U.K. or Germany.

I mail within 72 hours of receiving the order. I try to get the shipment out on the same day or next day if I can. Please contact me if you need your item within a certain time period.

Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns regardless of the reason for the return. Please contact me within 7 days from the date of delivery, and keep all of the packaging as it makes it easier to return. The item must be returned in the condition it was received in - I appreciate your understanding on this!
Additional policies and FAQs
I am happy to arrange a layaway plan for any item over $75. I can spread the payments over a 30 to 60 day period. Those are my terms in general, and I will always work with my customers if you need more time. Each layaway plan is tailored to the person making the purchase. Please contact me for more information!

Regarding reserved items - If you ask for a reserve, I will hold the item for 24 hours. I need to know when you plan on purchasing at the time you reserve the item. If I don't hear from you within twenty four hours, I will assume you don't want the item and will take the reserve off. If a customer repeatedly reserves and doesn't contact me, I will no longer be able to reserve anything for that customer. Thank you for understanding.
