Returns and exchanges
Payment
For unpaid orders, we will allow a three day grace period before cancelling the transaction unless you have contacted us regarding your inability to pay immediately (we will hold items up to a week, but you have to let us know). Communication is key.
Shipping
We typically ship twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays, and tend to use First Class Parcel on most items and Priority Flat Rate on most heavier ones. We also use Paypal Shipping, so you will recieve a confirmation when the item is mailed. Insurance is available upon request. While we are not generally responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit without insurance, please let us know if something happens. We may be able to replace the item on a case by case basis.
We offer international shipping on all items except a few which, due to weight or size, are cost prohibitive to do so. If you are interested in an item where international shipping is not available, please contact us, and we may be able to work something out. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees that result from international shipping. In addition, depending on the destination, international shipping can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 weeks, possibly longer if held up in customs.

If you would like us to reserve something for you in the shop to buy later, we will hold it as RESERVED listing for 7 days from the request, after which it will be made available to everyone in the shop again.
