Welcome to my store! I really do appreciate you visiting my hand made products, and I trust that you enjoyed your browsing around.
If you desire a special custom order, please let us know. We'll try to fulfill your order as soon as we can, and to ship it within 3 to 10 business days.
As soon as payment is received, we will start on your order as fast as we can, and ship it as soon as possible, so you don't have to wait too long.
We accept all major Credit cards through Etsy cash out. We also accept PayPal, checks and Postal Money Orders. (Please allow 15 to 20 days to clear the Bank)
Being the nature of our art creations made to order, we do not accept returns.
Once the products were started and created, we can not accept cancellations.
So, when you place your custom order, please make sure that it is what you want.
Please allow 3 to 10 days for shipping. It all depends on the size of the order.

We ship the products as soon as possible. Usually in 1 to 3 days from the the time payment is made or cleared. If the order is larger the shipping time could be 10 to 15 days.
We ship by USPS by First Class, Parcel Post (or you can request an upgrade of Priority Mail or Express Mail for an Extra Fee) to USA. To other Countries we ship First Class International or Parcel Post International.
For International buyers, please make sure that you understand: the buyer is responsible for any taxes, Insurance, customs fees, etc.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because of the personal order nature of our art products, we do not accept Refunds.
However for some fragile products, that get damaged or broken in transit, we will work it out to the fullest satisfaction of the customer.
We will replace the broken parts or the entire item, if proper proof is provided, like a photograph or the returning of the damaged product.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned items.
If we agree to an exchange of a product to correct a situation of no fault of ours, the buyer agrees to pay for the S & H costs back to you for the exchanged product.
Therefore, we highly recommend and encourage clear communication when necessary.
We'll always do our best to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. You can count on that!

When placing a custom order, please make sure you choose the color, size, deadline, and any other details that you can think of, to receive your ordered product in time and the way you want it. We'll try to do our best to make it as soon as possible and to your satisfaction.
Being that our products are hand made, there are expected variations compared to the products in pictures. They are all unique, and almost never exactly alike! After all, you want a unique Item, so no one ells has it exactly like yours, isn't it?
We are a husband and wife team, working together, creating hand made Textile products, like Infinity Scarfs, Headbands, napkins, bandannas, decorative items, as well as selling vintage and other products as they come available.
