Welcome to Wilde Threads Studio, where embroidery blooms from sketch to stitch!
My maker journey, like most kids, started with a box of crayons and a wild imagination. The passion grew when my 7-year-old mind was blown by Vincent van Gogh’s The Starry Night and an artist was born. Years of study and two degrees in fashion and costume design later and my childhood hobby became a career. But, ever the perpetual student, I’m always learning new techniques to add to my repertoire.
After years of dabbling in the art of embroidery, stitching tote bags for family members and embroidering my own clothes for fun, I’ve started this shop as a way to turn my hobby into a small business. Every item starts as an original drawing, inspired by nature and transformed into a hand embroidered accessory.
At Wilde Threads Studio, I hope to add a touch of botanical flare to your story.
