Hey there, I’m Tayla, the owner and artist behind WildFire Studio. In a nutshell, I make penny jewelry and mixed media art. To elaborate… I do a lot more than that.
I am a creativity junkie and can’t go through an art project without experimenting with a new technique or trying a new medium. Learning is what keeps me going so I try to put myself in new situations every chance I get.
I started WildFire several years ago (late 2012 to be exact) as a way to channel my creativity into something bigger. It was actually my third handmade-based business attempt and for some crazy reason, it stuck. Two short months after WildFire was born, I went full time. Now don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t rolling in the dough… I had simply found what I wanted to do with my life and couldn't wait any longer. I had to immerse myself in my creative work.

Interestingly enough, the penny jewelry was not my big focus in the beginning. I started out with a small selection of penny rings and pendants but mainly tried selling what I already knew well: purses and personal accessories. But each time I saw someone’s face light up after they discovered that my penny jewelry was ACTUALLY MADE OUT OF PENNIES, I got a little more excited. I started getting better at creating them and even more addicted to that look on the customer’s faces. Before long, penny jewelry was all I did.
Over the first two years in business, I was constantly making more jewelry. But at the same time, I was discovering what I really wanted out of my life. I had finally gotten to a point where I could define my own version of success. I started working in my art journal more and exploring this new found freedom through my painting.
Today I still sell penny jewelry and I write about my experiences as a handmade business owner and artist on my blog. WildFire has become so much more than a way to make an income, it has become the catalyst for the best life I’ve ever known. I’ve met the most amazing people and continue to be blessed with the best customers in the world. It motivates me to push the limits and to put myself out there. Without it, I’d be lost.

*At the time of purchase, I allow 48 hours for payment. If payment is not received within those 48 hours, the transaction will be canceled. If you need an exception made please contact me.
*Any tangible product that requires shipping will be sent out within 1-3 business days after the purchase is completed and payment is received.
*Most items will be shipped by First Class or Priority, unless something else has been requested (up-charges do apply).
*Most shipments reach their destination within three to five days, however, this is not guaranteed. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact me BEFORE completing your purchase
*WildFire Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments after they have left our facility. Unfortunately, items do get lost sometimes so If you would like to purchase insurance on your shipment, please contact me before placing your order.
Digital Products (online classes, ebooks, digital downloads, etc.)
*All digital products will be sent to the email address that the customer provided at checkout (unless otherwise specified) within 24 hours of purchase and payment.
*Once downloaded, it is up to the customer to keep a copy of their digital files. Lifetime access is not offered unless it has been specified in the product’s description.
Refunds and Exchanges
*Refunds are available for any tangible products purchased in person or from the WildFire Studio website. The customer MUST contact us BEFORE they send back their product to receive a refund.
*The customer has 30 days from the time of purchase to request a refund.
*Refunds will not issued until the returned item has been received by WildFire Studio.
