The book is perfect. Completely brand new, still in the wrapper. We were able to purchase our first house. It is a mid-century home and just about everything is original, we don't know how to fix anything and this book seems to be about the same vintage as the house. As a matter of fact many of the pictures in the book are reminiscent of this house! A very nice book. We will come back again. Best to you. Julie
