Thank you for taking the time to visit Wild Heart! Here you will find mixed media creations, vintage supplies & ephemera,
I try to describe every item as accurately as possible, however if you have a question about any of the listings please feel free to send me a convo.
In many cases I will have more than the quantity shown for a particular item, so if you need more just let me know and if possible I will increase it for you.
I always strive to do my best in everything that I do. From the products that I make to the care that I take in sending out a package I want you to be excited with every item that you purchase from me. If you have any questions or concerns regarding my feedback score please convo me—I’d be more than happy to talk to you about it.

Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you have any problems with your purchase, let me know and I will try to make it right.
Please convo me if you have any concerns when your package arrives so that I may have the opportunity to try and correct any problems for you. If a refund is agreed upon, you may return your item back to me within 3 days of receiving it and in its original condition. After item is received, I will return the original transaction amount (shipping charges not included) immediately via PayPal.

Payment is via PayPal. You do not need to have an account to use Pay Pal,
simply choose 'Pay by Credit Card' and follow the directions.

Shipping
I aim to ship out all items the next business day after payment is received, however, please allow up to 3 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your order to ship. During times of heavy sales it may take an additional day or two ship out--due to space constraints, I make many items as they sell and I want everything to reach you as described rather than rushing and lowering my standard of quality.
Extreme detail is given to packaging, so that your items arrive safely. If you need your order in a hurry, let me know and I will do my best to accomodate.
Domestic:
I am currently listing most of my items with First Class Shipping. Since most of the items are light weight this will help save on shipping costs, however if you would like to receive your package sooner I am happy to ship your items Priority Mail. If you are buying several items you may actually save with flat rate shipping. Please contact me if you would like to change the shipping method.
Standard shipping is not insured but is available at an extra charge. If you would like insurance, let me know prior to completing your order for an updated invoice.
I ship all packages via the USPS through Paypal which includes tracking and delivery confirmation. Be sure the address that shows up on Paypal is where you want me to send it. If you need me to send your purchase to another address let me know in the message to seller when checking out. You'll receive a ‘PayPal Shipping Label’ email when your shipping label has been printed, watch for it as it will have a link that will allow you to track your order.
International:
I ship worldwide. All items are shipped International First Class (unless otherwise noted). Insurance can also be added. Contact me for shipping quotes if interested in making a purchase. Please contact me if you are purchasing multiple items and I will gladly combine shipping for a discounted rate. International orders are shipped 1 to 2 a week.
Shipping times can vary depending on destination. If shipping internationally, I am not responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to international destinations.
The vast majority of items safely reach their destinations, however; on the rare occasion that a package does not reach its destination I cannot be responsible for replacing lost items.
