5 out of 5 starsI love these beads - I keep touching them! The surface texture, like on the large feature bead, draws me in! ngreat quality nfast delivey of beads nwonderful customer relations ngreat, professional packaging - joy to open package - it was scented, the beads were wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a bag and there was a personal letter. This created an overall professional, yet personal and creative impression to the customer.

5 out of 5 starsBeautiful! nI just admire them - and ponder the ways in which I might use them in my jewellery! nPresentation of all of the beads purchased is outstanding - with the glass beads strung on a piece of wire & the additional faceted glass beads. I don't want to cut the wire- it's a creation in itself!

5 out of 5 starsBeautiful, gorgeous handmade bead - I appreciate the work & time that went into the creation of this art bead - it is wonderful. nTracy delivered the beads to me, as soon as she was able, within her work schedule. I am so impressed and in love with my beads!

The Studio... Brisbane, Australia
Lampworker, Teacher & Facilitator at Wildlight Studios
I took a Lampworking course back in 2004 and after that I just wanted to melt glass....I didn't want to do anything else. I bought my first torch kit a "Hothead" and the passion grew. I sold at local markets in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast which both fueled my passion for making the beads and also the jewelry from the beads.
A couple of years after starting, I was talked into teaching and had several venues that I taught at. I wanted a more permanent venue so I decided to rent a premises and Wildlight Studios had a home. I have been in the same location since 2007.
I have traveled all over Queensland teaching in rural & remote areas for Flying Arts and continue to offer classes through them. I also host Australian and International Guest artists at my Studio including : Bernie Stonor of Kangaroo Island, Anastasia, Loren Stump & Leah Fairbanks.
The Studio continues to evolve and we will be putting in a Gallery area where we can run events to promote our work and lampworking in general.
The Studio space is at:
30 Badminton Street
Mount Gravatt East, Brisbane, Australia 4122
