Hello and welcome to the Wild Pixie Company! My name is Chrysta Kay and I am a 25-year-old creatress from the forests of North-East Washington.

Before I became a professional creator, I worked as an ecology technician which entailed daily hikes through lush forests, verdant streams, and flower-filled meadows. This is where I developed my deep love for the natural world. The ferns, the mushrooms, lichen, and the leaves on the trees. I developed a deep connection with them all. In turn, I channeled that love into inspiration for my creative work.

I began my creative journey as a full-time artist 4 years ago. I wore many hats - from freelance illustrator/graphic designer to fine artist to sculptor. Along the way, I lived a bohemian lifestyle - traveling to music festivals, hippie gatherings, art shows, and local events to sell and share my art with the world. Connecting and bringing joy to people through my work has brought me so much happiness, and I plan to continue to do so through Wild Pixie!
