5 out of 5 starsThese cards are beautiful and artfully made. An unexpected subject that is spot on. Shipped quicker than had anticipated and very well packaged. Will use again and again, after all there are a dozen of them! Thank you.

Bark Animal cutouts
Connective threads.
I studied at Columbus College of Art & Design, the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in Philadelphia, and a sculptural/ceramic apprenticeship with Kakuho Saito in Fukui Prefecture, Japan.
Charcoal has a primal, ancient quality. For me it's distinctive behavior is a connective thread to natural rhythms & texture. At it's best, the process of drawing is one of listening to and learning from a material that's inherently chaotic.
About my Bark Animals - I embraced the use of paper cutouts in my 'wildlife' photography in 2009, which allowed me to create semi-abstract, descriptive images out in the field. Wildlife images that aren't photographic documentation, but intuitive icons.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:
We ship USPS through Etsy's system, so please make sure your address is current when you checkout. If it gets returned there will be additional shipping charges to resend it to you, and no one wants that!
UPGRADES:
If you need expedited delivery, send a convo requesting that change before going through checkout, to confirm an estimated time of arrival and arrange payment for Priority Mail.
CUSTOMS FEES (International Buyers):
Please check with your postmaster or customs office regarding import fees that may apply to your purchase. Wild Pulp is not responsible for any customs fee charges you may incur to pick your package. If your package is returned because you refuse to pay a customs fee and your package arrives undamaged back in the studio, you will be refunded, but excluding a 20% re-stocking fee and the original shipping cost. No exceptions.
CANADIAN BUYERS (yay!):
On occasion, packages take longer to arrive at Canadian destinations. We're not sure why this is, but we've never had one go missing or damaged, so hang in there. Any questions, just send an email!
