Do you really offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the continental United States.
Do you take international orders?
To make an international order, please click "request a custom order." This allows us to offer the lowest possible price based on your selection and shipping destination.
How do you ship the art?
PRINTS:
Our current processing time for prints is 1-2 business days. Prints under 20x30 inches are shipped via USPS. Shipping takes longer around the holidays. Prints 20x30 inches or larger are shipped using FedEx 2nd day service.
CANVASES:
Our current processing time for canvases is 3-4 business days. Canvases are shipped via FedEx with signature required. All canvases are insured against loss or damage during shipping.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
If an item arrives damaged please contact us with pictures of the damage within two days of receiving the package.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will work out a solution.
Do you have more photos than are featured on Etsy?
Visit www.wildsightphoto.com to see our complete collection. These photos are all available as prints or canvases by custom order.
