Custom and personalized orders
Depends on the time frame, your budget, and my other obligations. I generally do not accept custom orders other than the ones in listings, but feel free to message me with your idea and we may be able to work something out!
Returns and refunds
I do not offer refunds in most cases— please ship carefully. We’re a super small company, and refunds cost us more money than they do for you. If there’s an issue with your order, please let us know so we can come up with a solution, like shop credit, a replacement, or a discount on your next order.
