We need to collect your personal information such as your name, address and phone number and payment details (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), for us to be able to complete your order and ship it to you.

You may choose to provide me with additional personal information when for example, asking for a custom order if you contact my directly.

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements.

I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

I engage certain trusted third parties to provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies and couriers. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

When you register for our newsletters you will be asked to provide us with your information which we will then store in order to send your future emails. We will only send you emails if you have asked to be included in our mailing list. We will never send you information to you if you have not signed up for this. We never share customers email addresses with other companies or parties. If you wish to stop receiving these emails, you can unsubscribe at the bottom of the email and we will remove you from our list immediately.
