5 out of 5 starsThis mask is so comfortable! At first I was a little thrown off by how tall the sides were, but when I put it on it was the best! Because of the height, it extends underneath my chin more than any other mask I own and I didn't realize this was exactly what I've been missing in other masks! I never feel like I have to tug at it or readjust and it doesn't budge when I'm speaking. Now if only the matching football team could be so reliable!

We started doing contract embroidery and than we change our direction to quilt patches to share our love of embroidery. The quilt squares are great for mug rugs.

Returns and exchange details
NO returns on Masks...
Full returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt (not on masks) Contact me through Etsy or at wildwoodemb [!at] comcast.net and I will send you mailing instructions and will refund your purchase price (shipping charges are non-refundable).
I'll also accept items for exchange, should you want a different item.
After 14 days, returns are accepted for exchange only.
After 45 days, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
Exception : Custom orders are NOT returnable or refundable.
Payment
Residents of Michigan are subject to sales tax of 6.0%. PayPal will automatically add the tax onto your purchase price.
RESERVE ITEMS: Contact me through Etsy if you would like an item reserved and I will hold it for you in the shop.
Shipping
Third party shipping is available for gifts. Please let me know the address to ship to, any note you would like on a gift card, and the address to which I should send the invoice.
The shipping charge includes both the cost of shipping, handling and the materials used (bubble mailer, box, ribbon, tissue, etc.)
If you wish for your piece to be insured, I am happy to do so but an additional charge will apply. Contact me through Etsy first and I will give you a quote.
If you have a special shipping request, convo me prior to your purchase and we'll work out pricing, etc.
