Payment
***Greeting Card Orders
You can purchase the item right from the listing you see! Most items are available in additional quantities, so please convo us for pricing information and we'll set up a client listing for you.
***Custom Orders
Feel free to send us a convo for any custom request you have! We can then set up a custom listing for you to purchase.
Upon purchasing a listing for a custom item, please email us with the information requested in the listing or include it in the note to seller option at checkout. Once that listing is purchased, we'll begin the proofing process.
Proof approval for custom orders:
• 2 complimentary color proofs will be provided via email.
• Each additional round of revisions will be subject to a $60 fee per round.
• We do not accept "approval with change" -no exceptions- a new proof will always be provided
• Please proofread proofs very carefully, Wiley Valentine will not be held responsible for any errors that appear on an approved proof.
Shipping
***If your country is not listed in the shipping options, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
International orders will be shipped through USPS. Possible unexpected shipping delays may occur so if your purchase is time sensitive please convo us about upgrading your shipping. International shipping times vary quite a bit and we are unable to be held liable for them.
Refunds and Exchanges
For custom orders, cancellations after a job has been proofed will be charged $60 for each round of proofs provided and any additional design fees incurred. Cancellations are not accepted after proof approval.
