Payment
I am happy to accept payment by credit card, personal or business check, money order and Pay Pal. If you are paying by check, I will have to wait until the check is cleared before I send out your work of art.
Shipping
I ship via US Mail. Each print is put in a clear, polyethylene sleeve to protect against moisture. It is then sandwiched between sturdy cardboard and then wrapped in craft paper. A certificate of authenticity will accompany your purchase. I've not had any print arrive damaged yet and I don't intend to. I usually ship purchased work the day after the purchase but certainly within a week of confirmation of the purchase.

If you are receiving the print from another country, you will be responsible for any tarifs and duties.
Refunds and Exchanges
Each of my prints is a handmade, unique work of art. The images I have online are of one print in an edition and I consider them to be an accurate representation of what you are buying. There are, and you should expect there to be variations from one print to another in the edition. But these variations are slight and I have personally reviewed every print very carefully to ensure that it meets my quality standards.

If you find you are not happy with the print, or if it arrives damaged, get in touch with me immediately. If it is damaged, you'll need to return it to me and I'll get you another. If you are just disappointed with your purchase and find you can't live with the print you chose, I am happy to exchange it for another print of equal value on return of the purchased print to me in good condition.. If that is not acceptable, then we'll make arrangements for a refund on return of the purchased print to me in good condition.
