Excellent quality. The place cards are so nice that I decided to reprint my menus with the same seller. Amanda was incredibly helpful and communicative, she helped me out with my very short turn around time, and even printed a copy of my menu on a few different paper colours so I could pick the best combination. I will definitely be recommending Amanda to all my friends with upcoming weddings. Thank you!

The quality of the envelopes were nice and thick. Envelopes were a great size, slightly larger than the invitations and very easy to slot in and seal (unlike other cheaper quality envelopes that don't seal properly). Price was very affordable and we would order again!

I highly recommend Willow and Bloom. Our initial ones arrived and the font I had chosen was too small for the purpose of our name tags. So I emailed Amanda and she had a batch with larger font shipped to us within a week. Highly recommend and would definitely use again. The name cards are so gorgeous and on good quality thick cardboard. Very elegant!

I received a wishing well that was not the same as the picture. When I queried this, the seller stated that “the people who hired it before you broke it and I only got it back yesterday”. Instead of letting me know this, she just hoped I wouldn’t notice or complain. She gave me other options to pick from, but none were the one I actually purchased. On the night before my wedding, I was waiting for her to drop it off, and she was 40 minutes later than the arranged time. It was very stressful on the evening before my wedding. The customer service was below average as I was never told that I would not be getting the same wishing well that I paid for, and added stress on the night before my wedding.
