My name is Kristy and I am a wife first and foremost to my handsome hubby, a mother second to the sweetest kids ever and a graphic designer any space in between! I graduated from Mulit-media Design and Communication in 2002 and fell in love with designing invitations and announcements in 2007 after I became a mommy to my first born son. I have been in the graphic art industry for 16 years and I have a true love and passion for art and design and feel like I eat, sleep and breath it whenever I get the chance.

Frequently asked questions
FIRST PROOF TIMEFRAME
• 1st proof will be emailed here on Etsy within 1 business day
• Changes and/or corrections will take 1 business day for each alteration.
• To move your order to print, you will need to approve your final design.
PRINTING TURNAROUND
• Once you've approved the final design proof, printing times are as follows:
3-4 Business Days
NOTE: If I do not hear back from you approving your final proof, within 3 business days, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
• Your printed artwork will be shipped UPS Ground which can take 2-7 business days.
NOTE: Shipping timeframes are after proof and printing turnaround times. If you have a deadline, please email first to make sure I can get it to you in time.
COLOR CHANGES
• I have a color chart in the photos section that you change any color of the sample too.
• You only need to choose colors if you want different ones from the first sample photo.
• My artwork is completely customizable so I can change any of the text from what is shown.
PROOF before purchasing?
• If you would like a proof prior to ordering, the cost will be a non-refundable $10. The $10 will be credited back on your canvas order if you want to purchase the final canvas art.
• NOTE: The proof option will be a low res non-printable file. It's only purpose is to see the digital proof prior to your canvas wall art order.
• Send me a message if you would like to purchase the proof prior to ordering the physical canvas artwork.
