The craftsmanship of this box is very beautiful! I'm so excited to show this off on the altar. Shipping was very quick. Sharon was very nice and accommodating. I truly appreciate their willingness to do the box when I placed the order so close to our wedding date. It looks exactly like the picture.

Tons of compliments received from our guests, it is absolutely beautiful. Very well made, and fit our wedding theme very well as well. After the wedding, we plan to put all of our wedding trinkets and such inside and then have it proudly on display in our house. Loved it, would highly recommend!

Our customers are the most important thing to us and there are a few things you will need to know before ordering.

We custom make and design wine boxes for weddings, anniversaries, retirements and for any occasion.
Most of our boxes are used in a wedding wine ceremony.
Every box that we have is made by my husband, finished by me, one at a time and custom designed and made just for you.
Because of this, please read below for answers to questions you will need to know.

It is very important to leave us the date that you need your order by.
This is not for your wedding date, but rather a delivery date that you are comfortable with and also allows us enough time to build your order.
You will need to leave that date in the note to seller box when you checkout.
That is what we go by when we calculate our shipping time for each order.
Please give us a realistic time for us to build and complete the order.

Our lead time can vary, depending on the previous orders that we have at that time.
The "busy" season starts in March and continues up until November for wine boxes.
All other items are worked in with the wine box orders and shipped as soon as possible.
The best thing to do, if you are unsure about the lead time and you are needing an order fast, is simply to send us an Etsy message and we will let you know.

~Rush Orders~
Rush Orders are considered by us to be an order that you need within 2 weeks or less.
If you are needing a rush order, you definitely will need to contact us by Etsy messaging only to see if a rush order is possible.
We don't charge an extra fee unless we see that the shipping time will not be possible and will let you know if an extra fee for expedited shipping is necessary. The fee is for shipping upgrades only and not for production time.

When you place an order, you will need to make sure all the information to design your order is in the NOTE TO SELLER box at checkout.
You will need to leave the information needed for the order that you are purchasing such as names or initials, the date for the box and how you want them engraved on the box. How you type that information in the note to seller box is how it will be engraved.

You will also need to leave the NEED BY date. This is most important for this is how we determine your shipping time. For instance, if you are getting married on the 30th and you put that you need it by the 15th, your order (if possible) will arrive ON or before the 15th. If we can't get it to you by your requested need by date, we will let you know upfront.

It is also important to know, that all the required information must be in the note to seller box and not what was said in messages that are between us and the customer.
If you place an order and then decide to change something on the box after the order is placed, we will notify you that we will cancel and refund that order and then you can place another order with the correct information.

We do this because of experience because sometimes there are multiple messages between us and customers and it is almost difficult to go back through the messages to make sure there hasn't been a change to the order.

We only answer messages that are Etsy Messages and not from emails

We accept credit cards and Paypal.
Processing of all orders are made through Etsy and not the individual vendors.
Our orders are shipped with USPS and UPS only.

Once a package leaves here, it is out of our hands.

Please use UPS. com or USPS.com for real time tracking.

If a package is lost or stolen, you will need to contact UPS or USPS to file a claim or contact me and we will work with you to see what happened.
If a box is damaged during shipping, then you will need to contact us for instructions for what to do.

For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii:
Shipping to these states is always more than what it is listed.
Please contact me to see what the shipping costs would be.

For International packages:
We are not responsible for any customs or import fees charged by international post offices.
Once the package leaves the USA, it then becomes your responsibility to track it using the tracking numbers that we will provide.
We will no longer assume responsibility for that order.
Refunds and Exchanges
We can not refund money on personalized items unless we did something wrong such as misspelling or a date is wrong.

If you are at fault by giving a wrong date, etc...then the order amount can not be refunded but we will work with you for the best solution to the problem.

If an item is damaged, you must contact us.
