Shop policies

Please remember that handmade items are unique and never "perfect". That is what is so special about buying handmade items. This includes party supplies. Sizes are approximate. Sizes are adjusted according to the personalization. No two are ever the same. Flaws just add character. Look closely at photos and ask questions before making purchases. If you would like chages to be made, please convo me and make clear instructions what you would like. I will reply, to let you know if the changes are possible, and wether it will require an additional fee.

***Any approved changes you would like to be made, must be clear. For example, If you ask what size something is, but do not specifically give me the instructions to make it a different size, I will not change the size. Simply stating that you have seen others in another size, is not instructions to me to make yours that size. You must clearly state that you want them that particular size. Clear communication is important if you expect changes to be made in your favor, especially if I am not charging to make the changes. Otherwise, you will recieve the product as stated.

Negative feedback because of unclear communication, is extremely unfair and unappreciated. I am a stay at home mom and this is how I support my family. Negative feedback gives the unfair impression to potential customers that I did a poor job. I always give the customer what I say I will, and almost always stick in extras just as a gift to my wonderful customers to let them know how much their business is appreciated. I realize not everyone is able to be pleased, but I strive with all my heart to give my best effort so everyone is happy. When someone is not, it is not taken lightly.

Paypal is my preferred method of payment. It is easier to use, faster, and allows room for mistakes to be corrected. Please let me know if you need help with your payment. Also, items will not be made until payment is complete, especially personalized items. If payment is not made after a week, I will send you a friendly reminder in case you forgot. If I don't get any response, your order will be cancelled.
For all orders that are personalized, including party supplies, allow up to 7 BUSINESS days for your item(s) to be shipped, unless we discuss and agree that it will ship sooner prior to your purchase. If you need it by a certain date, please do not hesitate to send me a message. In most cases, I will be able to accomodate your request. But their will be times that it is not possible.

*Business days include monday through friday, except for holidays for which the USPS is closed, and does NOT include the day you made your purchase.

***Open Monday-Friday. Closed Saturday & Sunday and Holidays for time with family. Weekend Covos and alchemy requests will be responded to the following Monday. = ) Some friday orders, saturday and sunday orders will be emailed on Monday. FYI: If your order is to ship in 48 hours, for example, this is 48 BUSINESS HOURS, which is 6:00 am- 8:00 pm every weekday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.***


Multiple purchases will be shipped priority, USPS only, for faster shipping time. I do not ship UPS nor Fedex. If we have weather conditions, etc, that delays shipping past the 5 days, I will pay the difference to ship it priority mail, which will usually ships in 2-3 business days once recieved by the post office. Afterall, you can't help what the weather does. =) I do not take RUSH orders. It is easy for someone to blame me for an item not reaching them on time, when I cannot help what the postal service does. Please allow the full 7 business days for production, and the 3 business days for shipping. If this is not enough time for your party, use your own discretion when ordering. I will not provide refunds if you do not recieve your order in time.

For items that are custom made, please email me For shipping details. Considering they are made to order, it make take 7 business days or more from the time you contact me with the size or other details needed. All in-stock, ready-made items will ship within two business days. If you would like it to be shipped priority mail or express shipping, please convo me before making your purchase and I will edit the shipping price. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance or have other requests such as tracking, please convo me before making your puchase so that I can edit the listing to accomodate you. Please be kind in remembering that after I ship the item to you, it is out of my hands. I cannot control the postal service. For purchases $25 and over, I purchase delivery confirmation. Sometimes I will for orders less than that. If you want me to do so, no matter the purchase amount, let me know and I will adjust your shipping price to reflect the cost of the service.

Refunds and Exchanges
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY PERSONALIZED ITEMS. The ONLY exception is if I made a un-fixable error. Shipping and return shipping is non-refundable. If your item is flawed, contact me the day you recieve the item so that I may make the item and ship a replacement, at my expense. Also, if you send back the item for a refund, do not send back other items purchased, because I will not refund your other items, I also will not ship them back unless you send me cleared payment to do so.

In the event that the item is flawed, please give me the opportunity to correct an error or flaw before leaving negtative feedback. I am human, and make mistakes. I know birthday supplies are important, which is why I will provide exceptional service and do my best to correct any problems that there may be AND go beyond that to make you happy. Your satisfaction is my main goal. I try putting myself in your shoes and think, "what would make me happy??" Also, please do not be unfair with your feedback, if you are not clear with instructions you made for me. Any changes you want, must be clear that you do want me to go ahead with the change.

I do not ship internationally except in rare cases. I am just a small business and I want to keep things as simple and stress-free as possible. If you want me to ship internationally, we must agree to shipping costs and terms before you make your purchase. There are no refunds on shipping. If you get your item and there are defects, not including defects made during shipment, I may refund the purchase price, but not shipping costs.

All items require gentle care.

Plates are NOT for food use. Do not get them wet. These can only be cleaned with a soft dry cloth. They are fragile.

Party supplies are handmade. Sizes and such are subject to change according to personalization. I do what looks best for that particular item. That is why I do not give EXACT sizes. All sizes are approximate and vary.

None of my items sold on Etsy are edible.
