This yarn club has been such a joy! It takes me to The Shire!! Thank you for such a lovely yarn club! I can't wait to decide what to knit with them!! Of particular joy...your packaging! Each month, my skein came wrapped like a piece of bread for my second breakfast! So creative! My final month arrived today...a delightful spring green! And along with it, honeybee lip balm from Portland! I adore chapstick, and this was lovely to glide in! Thank you!! 😘

About

The evolution of a DIY dream...

I started off learning to knit because I was pregnant with our 5th child and thought, 'I could definitely make these wool diaper covers instead'! Then, I had the desire to learn how to dye yarns. My desire to become more self-sufficient, and grow more of my own herbs and plants, as well as raise my own livestock was realized after we had the opportunity to move into a new home. Then my love of natural remedies and plants has branched into us learning about creating balms & salves as well. Next year, our milking goats will be producing, and we will have soaps and other related products. This is truly the evolution of our homesteading dreams and living the life that speaks to us.
