Do you offer digital download files of your designs, so that I can print the artwork myself?
No, sorry! :-( For quality control, format and color accuracy, I do not sell digital image files of my designs. For this reason, you will always receive a high quality product when you purchase an item directly from my shop.
When will I receive my order?

Do your posters come with a frame? If not, do you offer the option to add one?
Unless otherwise stated (for 30x40" canvas prints in my Heritage series collection), the frame is not included. However, my designs are available in standard U.S. poster frame sizes. So, if you are located in the United States, you can purchase inexpensive, ready-made frames from Target, Michael's, Jo-Ann's and Hobby Lobby. For international customers, you can usually find an appropriately-sized frame from Amazon or eBay. For recommendations and tips on frames and decorating, check out my blog, "4 Easy Ways to Style Your Posters" on WindowShopGal.com (scroll to the bottom of the website).
Do you offer a shipping discount if I order more than one item?
Yes, for all domestic orders (shipped in the United States) shipping costs are automatically discounted when you purchase multiple items. To see how much shipping will cost, please add the items to your cart and review the total at checkout. For international orders, you will be charged one flat rate, so it is advised to order more than one item to help offset the postage costs of international shipping.
Can you do custom colors/sizes or can I hire you to do a custom design?
No, I'm sorry but I am not able to accommodate any custom sizes or commissions / special projects at this time. However, I do take suggestions! Please feel free to take my survey or send your suggestions to me using the contact form on on WindowShopGal.com.
Sizes: I currently offer 8x10", 11x17", 18x24" and 24x36" inch sizes for my unframed prints and 30x40" framed canvases for designs in my Heritage series collection only (black and white artwork).
If a size/option is not listed for a particular listing, it is not currently available.
I will be rolling out 8x10" inch print options as demand calls for it. 8x10" prints will be shipped flat and printed on heavy cardstock.
Where's my package? Why is delivery delayed?
Regarding Shipping Delays: ** IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ ** Mail delivery via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service) may be delayed due to current staff shortages and high volume of packages.
Additionally, irregularly-shaped packages such as circular mailing tubes (shipped via Standard Shipping) need to be scanned manually by hand instead of automatically machine-scanned. As a result, some packages may take longer to be processed at this time.
I need my order by a certain date, will it arrive in time?
Need your order delivered quickly by a specific date? Please upgrade your shipping method to best ensure that your package arrives in a timely manner. For USA customers, please upgrade your shipping method to USPS Priority Mail or UPS at checkout. For International customers, please upgrade your shipping method to UPS at checkout. Please note that upgrading your shipping method will only impact transit time once shipped. Items will still require full processing time. Most orders take about 1-3 business days to process. However, if you need your item(s) by a specific date, please contact me as soon as possible and I will try my best to expedite the fulfillment of your order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the delicate nature of art prints, WindowShopGal does not accept refunds or exchanges.
However, replacements will be provided in cases of shipping damage or non-delivery. If this happened to you, please contact me with your name, order number, applicable photos (for damaged items) and information regarding your issue. Thank you!

Help! Where's my package? I checked the tracking status of my order, and the package isn't moving! The latest update is: "Package Acceptance Pending." Was the package shipped yet?
Don't worry, your package was indeed shipped, however, the tracking status is a bit confusing. The USPS picked up the package which is why it says: "Shipment Received" as part of the tracking status. The "Package Acceptance Pending" remark means that they haven't hand-scanned the package at the USPS receiving facility / distribution center. This is quite common for irregularly-shaped packages that cannot be automatically machine-scanned (i.e. circular mailing tubes).
