Vintage Inspired Fan Posters for Sophisticated Tastes

One of my favorite ways of connecting with people is through a shared passion for a specific book, movie or TV series. And I love it even more when someone displays their fandom discreetly, such as wearing a custom-knit, silver and blue (Ravenclaw) scarf during the winter in lieu of an obvious "Harry Potter" logo sweatshirt. To outsiders (or "muggles"), that person is just wearing a regular scarf, but a true fan would be able to recognize their love of the Harry Potter universe - it's almost like a secret handshake!

So, I thought it would be really fun to create some discreet artwork of fictional towns to mimic vintage travel posters - tasteful enough for an interior decorator to work with and yet, anyone who knows and also loves <insert-fiction-title-here> will appreciate it!

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Due to the delicate nature of art prints, I prefer not to restock posters that have already been shipped to another customer. As a courtesy to all of my buyers, you will always receive a brand new poster (never a returned item) for quality assurance.

If your order has not shipped yet and you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please message me on Etsy as soon as possible and I will try to accommodate your request.

Replacements will be provided in cases of non-delivery. An affidavit of non-delivery will be required prior to refund for insurance purposes.

COMMON QUESTION ABOUT USPS TRACKING: Help! I checked the tracking status of my order, and the package isn't moving! The latest update is: "Package Acceptance Pending." Has the package shipped yet?

Don't worry, your package was indeed shipped, however, the tracking status is a bit confusing. The USPS picked up the package which is why it says: "Shipment Received" as part of the tracking status. The "Package Acceptance Pending" remark means that they haven't hand-scanned the package at the USPS receiving facility / distribution center. This is quite common for irregularly-shaped packages that cannot be automatically machine-scanned (i.e. circular mailing tubes). As a result, packages have been sitting in the distribution centers waiting to be processed for up to 1-2 weeks. I've been checking the tracking information for all of my other customers' packages, and most of the time, the next scan won't show up until it has arrived at their local post office. I sincerely apologize for this delay. Rest assured, the package is still on its way to you. However, if there isn't a tracking update within 2 weeks of the first scan and you're still experiencing shipping issues, please contact me.

Do you offer digital download files of your designs, so that I can print the artwork myself?

No, sorry! :-( For quality control, format and color accuracy, I do not sell digital image files of my designs. For this reason, you will always receive a high quality product when you purchase an item directly from my shop.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the delicate nature of handling and shipping art prints, I do not accept refunds or exchanges. As a courtesy to all of my buyers, you will always receive a brand new poster (never a restocked item) for quality assurance. Replacements will be provided in cases of shipping damage or non-delivery only. If this happened to you, please contact me with your name and order number.

Do your posters come with a frame? If not, do you offer the option to add one?

Unless otherwise stated (for 30x40" canvas prints in my Heritage series collection), the frame is not included. However, my designs are available in standard U.S. poster frame sizes. So, if you are located in the United States, you can purchase inexpensive, ready-made frames from Target, Michael's, Jo-Ann's and Hobby Lobby. For international customers, you can usually find an appropriately-sized frame from Amazon or eBay. For recommendations and tips on frames and decorating, check out my blog, "4 Easy Ways to Style Your Posters" on WindowShopGal.com (scroll to the bottom of the website).

Do you offer a shipping discount if I order more than one item?

Yes, for all domestic orders (shipped in the United States) shipping costs are automatically discounted when you purchase multiple items. To see how much shipping will cost, please add the items to your cart and review the total at checkout. For international orders, you will be charged one flat rate, so it is advised to order more than one item to help offset the postage costs of international shipping.

Do you take custom orders?

No, I'm sorry but I am not able to accommodate any custom sizes or commissions / special projects at this time. However, I do take suggestions! Please feel free to take my survey or send your suggestions to me using the contact form on on WindowShopGal.com.

Do you offer any other print sizes or different color options (i.e. can you change the color of...)?

I currently offer 8x10", 11x17", 18x24" and 24x36" inch sizes for my unframed prints and 30x40" framed canvases for designs in my Heritage series collection only (black and white artwork).

If a size/option is not listed for a particular listing, it is not currently available.

I will be rolling out 8x10" inch print options as demand calls for it. 8x10" prints will be shipped flat and printed on heavy cardstock.

As for other sizes and color options, I apologize, however I am not able to accommodate any custom requests at this time.

I need my order by a certain date, will it arrive in time?

Can I meet you locally to purchase the item, or are your products available in any brick and mortar stores?
