If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (minus return shipping costs) up to 14 days after you have received your order. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs. If you return an item, your money will be refunded as soon as I receive the item. Please send me a note first to let me know you're making a return.

Please note that images viewed on your computer monitor may have slight colour variations from your printed photograph. I professionally calibrate and coordinate my computer monitor with my photo lab to ensure the best possible results.

Payment Policies: Please note that all orders will be processed after your paypal receipt has been confirmed. If after five business days payment has not been processed via paypal and no correspondence has taken place this order will be cancelled.

All photographs are printed by a professional lab on premium quality, archival paper with a luster finish ensuring rich color and sharp detail. All photographs will be shipped flat in a protecticve archival sleeve and sturdy photo mailer to ensure its safe arrival to you.

All orders are developed in a professional lab and so there is a short processing time. Please allow 5 business days for your item to ship.

Photos are not matted or framed, unless specified in the listing.
