I no longer ship on Saturdays Orders that come in later than 8am Friday will ship out the next Monday.
I have been very pleased with the response, and love the fact that I am now able to have so many more different beads on hand.
I do not want this shop to grow too large and cumbersome, but I will be adding items on a regular basis.
I will be happy to arrange assortments, provide larger quantities, or even look into obtaining specific beads and findings for you.

Customer Service is my #1 priority - I want you to be happy with your online experience with my shop. I buy 90% of my materials online, and I get very frustrated when business's don't ship promptly, or my purchases are not what I had hoped for, or any seemly lack of interest in my Custom. I feel it is extremely important, that business's let their customers know, how much their custom is appreciated.

I want you to feel confident of my products and service, so if for any reason, you are not satisfied with any or all of your order, simply contact me.
I will do my best to make you happy. But, as you know, that's easier some days than others.
I have one overriding customer service guideline. That is:

If you wish to return an item or items- there will be no problem whatsoever.
I do ask that you contact me within 5 days of receiving the shipment, of your intention of returning the Item(s).
Your monies will be returned with out question upon receiving the item(s) back to me, Minus any shipping costs and Etsy Sales fees.
If you wish to add other items to your order that are not listed, contact before you complete your checkout, otherwise if you make 2 payments, I will have to charge you the extra $0.40 Paypal transaction fee, that I am charged for each transaction.
All E-checks must clear Paypal before shipping.
I ship 6 Days a week for Domestic orders, unless I leave notice of delayed shipping times in my shop page.
Shipping prices are an estimate, especially for Canadian and International orders, if you order multiple large coils or thick wire, I may very well not be able to mail the items for the postage charged, if that is the case I will issue a Paypal money request for the balance of postage due.

I will ship to the Etsy ADDRESS ONLY !!!! - unless I am notified by the customer that another address is desired. The other address Has To Be Spelled out in a Convo, and In Notes From Buyer on the Invoice !!
!! Any lost or returned packages due to incorrect address will be the Buyers responsibility.

There is a New USPS Priority Mail - Small Flat Rate box - That I can ship quickly and cheaply for only $5.25, Should you want to go this route-- contact me Before you pay, and I will send a revised invoice.
Canadian & International shipping: Please Read !~!
Some countries charge a customs fee for purchases over a certain amount, check on your custom regulations, as I have no idea what they are-- Do Not !! Ask me to fill in the customs form as a Gift !! As that is a Federal offense, I Will put the amount ($) of the purchase on the invoice. Custom or duty fees of your country are your sole responsibility.
Orders are shipped USPS 1st Class Mail-- Proof of my shipping is by USPS receipt-- There is NO TRACKING or INSURANCE available on 1st Class mail-- Seller WILL NOT be Held responsible for any Damaged or Lost Orders to Canada or International Orders-- If this is not acceptable, you can contact me for a quote on a track able and insured package, but they start in the $24. range.
If I feel, for any reason that there may be a problem with mailing an untrackable package, I reserve the right to request an amount of postage equal to a USPS Track able Priority Mail rate, and cancel an order if I am not paid for the upgraded postage.
