Payment
All payments will be processed through PayPal. Payment must be received within 2 business days of your order being placed, with the exception of PayPal e-cheques.

PayPal e-cheques can take anywhere from 3-8 business days to process. I do accept e-cheques (that's how I usually pay as well), but your order will not be shipped until the payment has been processed. If you are in a rush to get your items, please contact me and we'll sort it out.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped via Canada Post within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment. Delivery time may vary. Rough estimates are:
-Approx. 1-2 weeks within Canada
-Approx. 2-4 weeks everywhere else

Shipping upgrades are available to receive express shipping as well as tracking numbers. Please contact me BEFORE YOU BUY to arrange this.

For people in Calgary, AB, and the surrounding area, pick-up can be arranged. Again, please contact me BEFORE YOU BUY to arrange this.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the products, I am unable to offer refunds and exchanges. Please read item descriptions thoroughly before purchasing, and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.

I will consider a refund or exchange in the following cases:
1) Despite careful packaging, your item(s) arrived broken and/or damaged.
2) Despite checking measurements BEFORE BUYING, your item(s) does not fit.

In the event that either case occurs, please contact me before shipping back your item(s). You must contact me for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your package.

Refunds and Exchanges will be evaluated once the returned item is received. Once I have received the item and assessed it, I will contact you about arranging for a refund or exchange.

Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping & handling costs for all returns.

Seller is not responsible for items lost in transit. Once the items are given over to Canada Post, seller is absolved of responsibility for the item. If you are concerned about your order being lost in the mail, please contact me and we'll discuss getting a tracking number.
