Winnie's World of Wonder

I opened my Etsy shop as I love to make gifts and really enjoy learning new skills whilst making something lovely for someone else.
I named my shop after my Grandma Winnie. She was a lovely lady who I miss all the time. She was very supportive of everything I did and I know she would is supporting me while I launch this new venture.

I try to add a variety of things into my Etsy shop, and the stock will constantly change. If I see something whilst out shopping, I get inspired for a new craft idea. I love to buy craft items from local and small suppliers. This way I can get the best quality and sometimes some very unusual items that I can pass on to you. I also like to upcycle items and turn them into lovely gifts.

I started off just making things for gifts, and then that grew into making things in my spare time. I'm very excited to continually add new items into the Etsy shop and see how the shop will grow and change.

Hello and welcome to my Etsy shop.
The shop is named after my Grandma Winnie, and I hope that you'll find something you'll like here.
I like to make things in my spare time and love to share them with friends.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Refunds will only be given if there is a fault with the item. Personalised items will not be refunded unless faulty.

Refunds or returns should be requested within 7days of receiving the order.

Shipping will not be refunded and the buyer must pay shipping if returning an item.

Most items in the shop are handmade and may have small differences from the listing or similar items.
This is not a fault but the nature of handmade items.

If you are considering a refund then please get in touch, and I will work with buyers to come to an arrangement.
Payment
Items will be made once payment is completed. The shop accepts a range of payment methods, such as PayPal, so please check this before ordering.

Due to items being made to order, cancellations must be made within 2 hours of ordering.
Shipping
Items are handmade and sent as soon as they have been made. These times are stated on the listing and are usually around 7-10 days after purchase.
If you need your item sooner, please send a message before purchase.
Items to the UK are sent via Royal Mail First Class.

International parcels are sent First Class Royal Mail Tracked.
Items that are sent internationally usually arrived within 10 days (but Royal Mail state that it can take up to 28 days)

Items will be posted to the address given on the Etsy order.

If your parcel gets lost in the post, we will work with you to try and track your order or claim compensation for the lost item.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
·         Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
