4 out of 5 starsThe package received was wrapped very nice and appreciated. After opening the only thing that I noticed was it needed cleaning on the contacts and dusty which is no problem I clean everyone I purchase before I put it in my atari. So all in all I ordered 7 more cartridges from them.

How it all began
Winter Park Collectibles originally started back in the mid 1980's when I worked the Flea Market circuit. I would scour the auctions, yard sales, estate sales, and anywhere else I thought I could pick up quality used items at a good price. I worked full time during the day at a "regular" job, went to auctions at night, and worked the Flea Market on the weekends. I eventually expanded from a single booth to quite a large area with multiple glass showcases and display cases.
In the mid 90's quality used merchandise started getting a little harder to buy. Locally, more and more people were showing up at the auctions and more and more where asking premium prices for their items in yard sales. It was getting almost impossible to bring quality items to my customers at affordable prices. So I eventually transitioned to more of an online presence. I opened an eBay account and started my own website. I started buying and selling new and used items on eBay in 1995 and moved away from the Flea Market business. Due to declining sales and the decrease in the amount of time I could devote to the business, I moved more towards part time selling. I continued to sell online off and on until 2000.
Sometime around 2000 I decided to devote more time to my online sales business and focus on sites such as eBay, Amazon and later Yardsellr. Yardsellr, for those that remember it, had a unique business strategy. And although I did extremely well, I knew their business strategy was destined to fail. While focusing primarily on Yardsellr, I opened a shop on Etsy in September of 2011 as an additional sales venue. Yardsellr would eventually close it's doors in 2013 and I moved my primary focus towards Etsy.
The transition to Etsy was a good move for us, my girlfriend and I enjoy selling and interacting on Etsy very much. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and Etsy allows us to provide more of a personal touch which helps us reach that Customer satisfaction goal. We also enjoy searching the lands for hard to find bargains to bring to our customers. We still have a presence on eBay, Amazon and other venues which allow us to sell non-vintage items. Etsy, however, is our best and most enjoyable selling venue.
My girlfriend and I still work full-time "regular" jobs. We hope that when that retirement day comes we can transition full time into our online business!

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Returns and exchange details
If you feel the item you received is "not as described" in the original listing, please email us with a photograph of the item you received: Once we review the photograph, and if we determine that the item is not as listed, we will instruct you to mail the item back to us in the original box with all included packing material, within 10 days of receiving your item. Once we receive the item we will issue a full refund via Etsy including the postage it costs to send it back to us.
If the item is damaged due to shipping: For all glassware items, please send photographs of the item, packing material and shipping container within 7 days of receiving the item. We must have these photos to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Also, please keep all the packing material, box etc., the shipping carrier may ask to see how it was shipped. This is important as the shipping carrier may deny the claim if they are unable to inspect the shipping materials. Once we receive the photographs, or item, we will issue a full refund via Etsy.
For all other items, please send the item back in the original packing material and box.
Had a change of heart and really don't want the item you purchase? Please send the item back in its original condition (how we sent it to you), with tracking information, and we will refund the price you paid for the item less the original cost of shipping the item to you. Please pack the item carefully. If there are issues with the return or if items are damaged in transit due to improper packing/shipping we will be unable to issue a refund.
For item(s) returned to us as non deliverable: We will refund the price you paid for the item less the original cost of shipping to send you the item.
Payment
If we have agreed to a Trade, both trade items are set to be mailed on an agreed deadline.
Shipping
During the time of Holidays and Special events, we encourage you to order your products ahead of time to ensure your package(s) arrive on time.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be responsible for delays due to customs.

If you have received the item and have found damage, please contact us right away. Make sure you save the box and all the packing materials to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

About our merchandise
All of our items here in Etsy Marketplace are vintage or antique and are at least 20 years old. Due to the nature of the items we sell there will be signs of wear and in some cases damage. We try to fully describe our items and point out any flaws or defects. If you have any questions or concerns about this item please let us know prior to the purchase.
Do you sell items that are not vintage?

Do you recycle?
We sure do! We try to reuse package supplies as much as possible. Any cardboard boxes or bubble wrap that are in good shape are recycled. We do not, however, go seeking boxes. We only reuse ones that were originally packages sent to us. We do not reuse any items that were in contact with food items.
So if your order happens to come in an Amazon box ... that's us recycling!
If you purchase is for a gift and you would not like us to use re-cycled boxes just send us a convo.
