Please keep in mind every computer displays colors differently. Every care is taken to describe the item and I try to display several pictures on etsy to show the piece as fully as I can.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me and we will devise a solution together.
Right now I only accept Paypal for payments. Did you know that you can pay through Paypal with your credit card without having a Paypal account? It's true!

Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase. If I haven't received payment in 3 days, I will cancel the sale and relist the item. If you know you are going to need a little more time, let me know at the time of purchase and I can work with you.

In order to reduce waste and be “green,” I will not include an invoice with your order, unless you state in the “Message to Seller” that you would like one.
Orders will be sent to the address on your etsy receipt unless you convo me to tell me otherwise.

I generally ship orders once or twice a week. Within the US, I use USPS First Class Mail for small items and USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail for larger items. Contact me prior to purchase if you need to purchase a faster delivery method or insurance, and I will create a custom order for you.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you have thoughts about a custom-made item, I would love to hear more about what you're looking for. Simply shoot me an email/convo.

First - my metals are completely uncoated.

Secondly - copper and brass can turn your fingers green but it is completely harmless and can be washed off with soapy water. Not everyone will react this way though, it depends on a person’s metabolism. The same bracelet which remains shiny for one person will turn another person's wrist green or may acquire multicoloured patinas on another.

If you are concerned or really don’t like the green, a simple coat of clean nail polish applied every few months to the inside will do the trick!
