Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy with any purchased item, you may return it, unworn, within 2 weeks from the purchase date. Just contact me and I will be happy to discuss a return.

In the unfortunate event that your jewelry should need repair, please contact me as soon as possible. If your piece should break within 1 year from purchase, I will be more than happy to repair it to the best of my abilities, free of charge.
I accept payment by Paypal. Payment is due 24 hours after the order is placed.
I ship all orders via USPS First Class with a delivery confirmation number. If you wish to have your order shipped any other way, contact me before payment and I will revise your invoice to reflect your shipping choice.

I ship all orders via USPS International First Class. Confirmation numbers are not available with this option. If you wish to upgrade your shipping please contact me before hand & I will revise your invoice to reflect your shipping choice.

I am not responsible for any duty taxes you may incur. If your order happens to get lost in transit, please contact me. I will resolve the problem to the best of my abilities.
I almost alway ship the day after your order is placed. I will always send you a message letting you know that I received your order, that am processing it, and an estimated ship date. You will get a second message informing you of shipment and of your delivery confirmation number.
