My name is Sergey and I live in US (New Jersey)

One day I remembered my childhood experiences making kid's jewelry, puzzles and all other kinds stuff out of paper clips using regular pliers and decided to start making real jewelry.

Whatever I succeeded or not is for you to decide, but I definitely can't stop making it.

Payment
I take paypal, and money order.

You can cancel a sale any time up to payment, easily. Just send an email.

After payment, sales are typically final, but if it's just not right, I will do store credit as long as the piece is returned in sale-able condition, or refund if you contact me before shipping.
Shipping
For most of the items, shipping and handling within US is $3 flat and FREE for all additional items.

I'm in north New Jersey and usually ship items next day - check with your post office if you need to estimate overall shipping time.

If you're outside US or need express delivery, let me know and I'll see what I can do.

I use regular US mail and send all items in padded envelopes. If you need tracking or insurance, I will upgrade to it if you wish to pay the difference.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you're absolutely unhappy with your purchase, please, contact me.

I will refund your money (minus shipping costs) if you're absolutely unhappy with your purchase, but items should be returned in original condition with packaging (if there was any) and you have to let me know before you return it.

Please don't abuse it - if you have questions or unsure about something, just email me and ask them before you buy.

If Items are damaged or lost in shipping, a replacement can be sent. I am not able to cover loss of jewelery from day to day use.

Repairs are free. Just send it back (at your cost) and I'll fix it and ship it back at my expense.
