I started making jewelry in 2006 after getting laid off from my full time job. I slowly started making sales but it was not until we moved to ATL in 2009, that I decided to put all my energy into the shop. Running my shop became my full time job!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Personalized items are non refundable. (items with names, dates, specific sayings etc)
If you require a refund, I will refund you for the items only. Original and return shipping is not refundable.
Payment
Your etsy transaction address and your paypal address must match. I will not send it they do not match.
Shipping
Shipping Fees:
United States: $4.66 (Usually takes 3-5 business days)
International: $15.99 (Usually takes 6-10, but varies) could possibly take 6-8 weeks.
If you order more than one piece, I will combine or add to first shipment at no cost.
Not responsible for lost/damaged items by the USPS.
Shipping times are estimated, not guaranteed, unless Express Overnight service is purchased. Delays do happen within the Postal Service and are not the fault of the seller.
International order will be taken to the post office every couple of days due to the large amount of international orders. I cannot control the time it takes to your destination. Custom time varies for each country. Ireland and Italy take the longest.
The buyer is responsible for the import tax if any. If you are not willing to pay the tax, please don't purchase.
