Exchanges Returns - If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase after receipt I will refund the purchase price minus shipping fees. You must contact me within 7 days of receipt and item must be in original condition and returned before refund or issuance of a store credit. I require returns be shipped with delivery confirmation.

If your item arrives damaged, you can send it back to me within 7 days of receiving it, and I will replace it free of charge. I will also do free minor repairs from damage due to normal wear & tear if you provide pre-paid postage to send it back to you.

I accept Paypal and money orders at this time. Payment is expected upon placing your order on Etsy. If you need assistance with Paypal, I am happy to help--just contact me and I'll walk you through it. Orders without payment will be canceled 3 days after the order has been made.

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Custom orders may require more time and this will be discussed at the time of purchase. I have included delivery confirmation in the cost of shipping and handling. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package please let me know and I will send you an invoice for the balance.

I will replace or refund purchases not received due to seller error, but the buyer is responsible for providing a correct and PAYPAL-confirmed address. If delivery confirmation states that a package was delivered, the buyer assumes responsibility for the package. If your package has not arrived within 2+ weeks of your order, please contact me to follow up.

Your purchase will arrive in a gift box or similarly packaged. I typically mail your jewelry in a small box or padded envelope secured in bubble wrap.

I'm happy to discuss custom orders with you if you'd like something a little different. I do not have all of my pieces listed in my Etsy shop and may have what you're looking for in my inventory. If not, I'm usually able to work with you to create something unique.
