What if I receive a defective DVD disc (or USB Drive)? Or the DVD or USB Drive was damaged in shipping?
Please contact us immediately, and we can help. We can offer you options to do immediate digital downloads to get the files that would have been on your DVD disc (or USB Drive). Or in other cases, we can offer to re-ship another replacement DVD disc (or USB Drive).
What happens if I cannot open a PDF file on the DVD disc (or USB Drive)?
If you have another computer (or a friend's or neighbor's computer), try opening the files on the DVD disc (or USB Drive) on that other computer. If that doesn't work, then read below.

I cannot view the files on my DVD player. What am I doing wrong?
The PDF files on the DVD disc (or USB Drive) are for computers that have a web browser or Adobe Acrobat PDF Viewer. The DVD disc (or USB Drive) will absolutely NOT work in a DVD player that is plugged into a television or flat-screen TV (the kind of DVD player that plays movies and TV discs only).
When I open a Catalog PDF file, the pictures look very small (or too big). How can I fix that?
If you are using a computer web browser or PDF viewer to view the catalog PDF files, please adjust the ZOOM settings in your viewer. That is how you can change the adjustment to better see the pictures in the catalog PDF files.

How do I make a request to get the catalogs on USB Drive (not DVD disc)?
When you submit your order (or immediately after you submit your order), please send to us a special message indicating that you want your order on USB Drive. We can then process and fulfill your order per your request.
