Returns and exchanges
If you find that your product has arrived not as described, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving it to arrange for an exchange or a refund. Feel free to contact me if you are unhappy with your purchase for another reason, and I'll do my best to remedy the situation.

If you would like to return a product for a refund, it must be in the same new condition that I sent it to you. Assuming this is the case, I will be happy to refund your money, minus the shipping cost, once I have received the product and ensured that it is in adequate condition. If you would like to return a product for an exchange, I will be happy to do that, assuming that the returned product is in the same new condition that I sent it to you.

For other instances, I am happy to work together with you to find a remedy that works for us both given the circumstances surrounding such a need.
Payment
Payment will be accepted through paypal. If you would like to pay in another manner, please convo me to work that out. No items will be shipped until payment has cleared.
Shipping
Unless otherwise noted, or over 13oz, I ship via usps first class mail, with tracking. Please contact me if you need your tracking number. If over 13oz, I ship usps priority mail with a tracking number. International packages cannot be tracked, but I send them via usps first class mail, and can provide the customs slip number.

I do not usually insure packages, because I have never had any go missing when they are tracked. If you would like to add insurance to your package, please convo me and I'll set that up for you. If you do not ask for insurance on your package, and tracking shows that the postal service misplaces it, I will not be held responsible. I heavily suggest requesting insurance for international packages, as they cannot be tracked.

I make an effort to ship the next business day after payment clears for all in-stock items. If you preorder any items, you will be informed at the time of your order when to expect the item(s) to ship.
