1 out of 5 starsThis was very misleading. Makes one think the legs and hat patterns are included which is not the case.

5 out of 5 starsI didn’t actually end up purchasing this item, but I have another one of her wreaths. She is so talented. Her wreaths are beautiful, and they store well. Each year I put my Halloween wreath up I receive compliments on it I highly recommend her work.

This was a custom wreath I made for a client. I was able to shop with her and she picked out all the items herself!

Here is where it all started! Fred Adams with my Shakespeare Wreath he was so grateful it brought him to tears.

This is the wreath that started it all. Puzzle Wreath can you find all the items and what plays they belong too?

I Love Halloween! I made these fun Witch Wreaths last year. I love my wreaths to be full and filled with fun accessories
I love to focus on the details of life, for it is in the details we find the genuine satisfaction in life.
I grew up with a mother who was an amazing artist on the canvas and a father who taught classes at a university with a Phd. in English literature and history. From a very young age I was taught what "real" beauty and an imagination could do. As I looked at pictures and read stories from famous writers and craftsmen. I grew up wanting to be a creative artist in something,
I love to travel and see the beauty of an old cathedral and marvel at the stain glassed windows full of color and details placed by an old craftsman centuries ago. In this world of speed, technology, and constant noise, we forget to slow down and truly admire and take notice of all the wonderful beautiful details of life.
I found that creative drive in many things over time and have learned the reason why we still love the old artists, painters, and writers; it was their attention to detail and desire to be unique that made them famous.
Almost a year ago today I made this fun Shakespeare themed wreath. We were about to go down to the "Utah Shakespere Festival" as we do every year for a fun week of plays and relaxation. As we have been long time patrons of the festival we have had the priviledge of knowing it's founder Fred Adams, I wanted to give Fred a gift of appreciation for all he has done for our family. I decided to make him a wreath as I had just been introduced to the world of wreath making.
Many ideas were going through my head when one night the idea came to me, “I will make him a "Themed" wreath and use objects from different plays to decorate it.” I had so much fun going through the different plays and picking out items I could use to place in the wreath: a poison bottle from "Romeo and Juliet", a dagger from "Julius Cesar", a pair of horns form " Merry Wives Of Windsor", a magical staff from "The Tempest" etc. etc. etc.
I realized I was not only creating a beautiful wreath but a fun puzzle of memories and entertainment at the same time, as viewers would see something new with every viewing. I was able to present the wreath to Fred Adams last year in an intimate lecture he gave to our travel group. I will forever have the fond memory of how much Fred enjoyed and admired the wreath. Fred was so gracious and moved by my personal gift that he was moved to tears, it was then so much fun to see him begin to pull out the different items and start to name the plays. After the making of that first fun wreath I knew I had found my niche in the wreath making world.
Since that first themed Shakespeare wreath I have gathered so many fun different “themed” wreath kits. There are so many different themes, hobbies, passions, and, holidays that we as people love and celebrate. I have so much fun tapping into people’s lives and creating for them a fun way to display and celebrate what they love. What is so warming for me as an artist is to see the light in people’s eyes as they come and pick up their wreaths or hear of their enjoyment upon opening the box when shipped.
What is different about my wreaths from others? I want to make wreaths that constantly keep your eyes moving around and seeing with each new view another item or detail you had never noticed before. After making my "Signature Shakespeare Wreath" I made another wreath for a travel company full of lots of little details hidden throughout the wreath, boats, buses, airplanes, exotic animals, and famous buildings from all around the world.
What can I do for you that sets me apart from the rest? My goal in making wreaths is not to pump out a ton of wreaths to make as much profit as I can,but to create one of a kind wreaths for my clients. Many of the "bigger" wreath sellers in order to make wreaths quickly come up with a base formula, their ribbon, mesh, colors, flowers may change but, if you look closely the ribbons, bows, flowers, etc. are always in the same spots so you're not getting your own unique wreath. I want to be like Michaelangelo and never make the same thing twice, their is only 1 statue of the "David," only 1 "Mona Lisa". What makes an artist memorable, their attention to detail and making every piece of art different from the rest. So what is your niche or passion for: Do you love Star Wars, are you a lover of music, horses, sports, etc. do you collect cows, rubber duckies, gnomes, are you a golfer, fisherman, hunter? Whatever your love or passion is for we can make you you're own "one of a kind "Signature" Wreath.
Why do I have fewer wreaths? I don't skimp on my wreaths, if I feel an ornament or flower needs to be added I add it. When I'm creating a wreath I don't think of how much cost I'm putting into it, I'm focused only on the items that will enhance the wreath. Making and creating wreaths is not about the money for me, its hearing from my clients true appreciation for my talents.
