Welcome to my shop!

My name is Amanda and I am an artist and designer based in Auckland, New Zealand. I love to make things. Its just what I do. In between being a full time mum and doing a little graphic design on the side I seem to find time to make a few things that I think are cool.

I accept PayPal. Once you have purchased something I will wait 3 days for payment confirmation, and will process the order once payment is confirmed.
If I do not receive payment confirmation within 3 days (or communication from you), I will re-list the item. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any question or concern.

If you desire to cancel your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible. If the item has already been sent and is in transit, I will require you to pay to ship the item back to me.
I am based in New Zealand. I do ship internationally and will ship your item to you via air mail. Any additional brokerage/customs charges are your responsibility.
Generally I find that shipping generally takes between 1 -2 weeks to arrive around the world. It usually takes one week for items to ship to the US or UK.

Every piece will be packaged to travel well in order to arrive to you in good condition. However I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged goods via the mail system, but I will do my best to ensure your item arrives to you the way it is supposed to be.

If you require your item in a hurry, or would prefer 'Priority' delivery, please let me know so that we can email you the updated pricing in accordance to your wishes.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. However exchanges are an option on a per case basis. I would hope that you are happy with your purchase so please contact me if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

As previously stated, I am not responsible for lost or damaged items due to the mail system.
