Lead times / waiting list information is specified on the individual listings. Personalised items require up to a week for production and delivery times are then additional to this production time. If you require a specific delivery date, please contact me prior to ordering.

UK customers:
All packages are sent First Class and should arrive within 1-3 days. This is subject to change during busy times such as Christmas and Wish Upon A Print cannot be held responsible for items that take longer to arrive during these periods due to delays to the postal service which are out of my control.
Outside of the UK:
All packages are sent Royal Mail AirMail International Tracked and/or Signed For. Please allow 10-20 days for delivery depending on your location. Each International shipping order is sent as a tracked delivery and you will receive your tracking number on notification of shipping.
Depending on your country of residence, some orders may be subject to customs charges - these are the responsibility of the buyer.
All items are shipped from the UK. Orders with free delivery are sent out by Royal Mail First Class post, please note the FREE DELIVERY IS NOT TRACKABLE! If you would like trackable delivery this will need to be purchased separately, please get in touch, the cost of this service will be additional to the cost to your order.
**PLEASE NOTE** Shipping times are an estimate only, I base my delivery information on that information which is provided by Royal Mail. Items may take longer if weather is bad or during the busy Christmas season, delays to Royal Mail are not the responsibility of Wish Upon A Print. International orders can sometimes take a couple of weeks to arrive, I am sure as to why this is, but all international orders are sent using a fully trackable service so you will know where your item is, even if it is taking longer than expected to reach you.
Wish Upon A Print is not responsible for customs duty or brokerage fees on international orders. These will have to be paid by the customer where applicable.
Wish Upon A Print cannot be held responsible for items lost once they have been handed to the Royal Mail for delivery both in the UK and when being posted to overseas locations.
