Refunds and Exchanges
If it is Damaged when it arrives, contact me ASAP..

Refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If you have any issues with your item, please message me. I will need pictures of any damage to the box, a clear picture of the label on the box, and damage to your item (s) before I can consider refunding.

If your package is returned because it was unclaimed, I will refund the cost of the candles but not the shipping. Shipping will be the buyers responsibility.

Please take in to consider the weather when ordering Candles to be shipped. During the warmer months I advice you or someone be home to claim your package so that it will not be sitting outside for a long duration.

As mentioned in my listings, colors may vary slightly since I hand-pour my candles and frosting may occur.

If I agree to refund a non-damaged item please note that return shipping be paid for by the buyer.

All items will be shipped with insurance. Lost, damaged, misplaced items will fall under the carriers’ guidelines and rules. I gladly will assist in the filing of a claim.

TIPS/SAFETY:
When burning your soy candle for the first time, it is important to allow the candle to burn for 2 1/2-3 hours. Soy wax has a "memory" and helps to avoid the candle from "tunneling" down the center of the container and may cause you not to get the best scent throw. By allowing your soy candle to create its initial memory burn, it will help the candle to create a full melt pool of wax, and increases the candle's scent throw.

To prevent your soy candle from producing black soot, always trim your wick to 1/4" before lighting your candle. Always burn your candle on a level, heat resistant surface. If the wick begins to have a large flame, starts flickering constantly, or if the wick becomes larger than 1/4" extinguish the flame with a wick dipper (a great tool for extinguishing your candle without creating a lot of smoke) let cool for 1-2 hours, re-trim wick and re-light. Always keep the wick centered, this is best done after the candle has been extinguished and the wax is still soft.

Our natural fiber wicks are self-trimming and are made to curl slightly when burning which help our candles to produce lower soot. At times a carbon mushroom may appear at the top of the wick; this is unburned carbon that has collected on the wick. If this happens to your candle, extinguish it and let cool and trim the wick to 1/4" and re-light your candle.

Never, Ever leave a burning candle unattended!

Since I make my own candles, I can do some custom orders. If you need to order a large amount of a certain type/color/scent – Message me and we can see if we can work something out. Within a certain area delivering the finished product is possible. Ask me about my delivery requirements.
