I accept payments by credit or debit card, Paypal and Etsy gift cards.
The shipping method of each item is specified in the description of each product.

Once your order has been sent, it will take to reach its destination:

- about 2-7 days if the destination is located in Spain.
- about 7-15 days if the destination is located in Europe.
- about 15-30 days if the destination is located in USA or Canada.
- about 15-45 days if the destination is located in other countries not mentioned before.

Please note that in periods of high demand (such as the Christmas season), the postal service may need more days than expected to deliveryour order, since in these periods they have a high workload.

Some European and American countries do not publish on internet the tracking of registered mail from some European countries (such as Spain).
Therefore you can only see the tracking of your package on internet until it left Spain to go to the country of destination (you can see the tracking of your package while it be in Spain on www.correos.es)
But do not worry, it's normal, if you ask at the nearest post office with your tracking number, they will give you the information.

Please, note that I can not be responsible for any taxes or customs fees for international orders, are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Your purchase will be shipped to the ADDRESS you have provided on ETSY.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct when you make your purchase. If the item is returned to me because of an incorrect address or unclaimed package, the buyer is responsible for the original shipping fees and the shipping fees to resend the item.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 3 days after receiving the item. I will do everything possible to solve the problem.

►If the problem is a defect in the product:

Returns are accepted if the product is defective. Please contact us so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.

►If the reason for the return isn't that the product is defective:

If the reason for the return is other than the product is defective, the buyer will be responsible for original shipping costs and any return shipping expenses that might be incurred.

A refund will be given after the item is returned in its original condition and in my possession. I will refund the item cost only, minus shipping.
