Payment
PAYMENT METHOD: Paypal and Credit Card Payments are accepted. Payment is expected at the time your order is placed.

DEADLINE: I can place your order on hold for ONE day. However, item(s) not paid for within 24 hours will be canceled and re-listed.
Shipping
CARRIER: Items will be shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS).

SHIPPING ADDRESS: For Etsy and Paypal users, shipments are designated to your Etsy and Paypal addresses. IF the address on your Etsy profile is different from your PayPal address, or you wish your order to be received at a new address, please verify this with me to avoid any delay or lost of shipment.

SHIPMENT QUALITY: Every item you order will contain a confirmation number that you can use to track your item. LATE DELIVERIES, LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS DUE TO USPS MISHANDLING will be beyond my responsibility. If you would like to purchase additional shipment features (i.e. insurance) for your order, please contact me for a quote.

INTERNATIONAL: International shipments usually take 2 to 3 weeks (or maybe more) to arrive. The speed differs by regions in the world. Please plan ahead for special events.
Refunds and Exchanges
*Before placing your order, please read the shop policies and item descriptions. In cases solely involve actions against the policies on your behalf, refunds are not accepted.

INCORRECT ORDER: If you believe the item(s) you received are inconsistent with what you ordered for, please contact me ASAP for a free exchange or free return. Please note that though I try my best to eliminate folding marks, however, they may still be present in some items, and unfortunately, do not make these items count as incorrect orders. Please also be aware that color distortions are naturally present in the process photo-shooting. I will try to limit them to a minimal level as well.

EXCHANGE DUE TO OTHER REASONS: Even if you simply changed your mind, you can still make an exchange. After you received the item(s), please first contact me and send the item(s) back within 7 days. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Item(s) are expected to be appropriately packed and kept in their original conditions.

CLEARANCE / FINAL SALES: They are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
