Witzomer, a small shop in the Netherlands. After graduating from the Artacademy in 2012, I started teaching at a secondary school. I make knitted and crocheted scarves and shawls, hand-spun wool, pillows and more.

Returns and exchange details
Witzomer is committed to deliver you a perfect product. We encourage you to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt. If the ordered goods do not meet your expectations, please inform us as soon as possible here by email from the set height. Witzomer will try any problems or complaints, always consult with copper and resolve in the best possible way.
If within 7 days Witzomer no written objections are received for Witzomer assume full to have fulfilled its obligations.
Buyer has the right to return the articles supplied by Witzomer within 14 days of receipt. During the trial period of 14 days, the buyer must carefully deal with the items and packaging. Buyer will be the product only to unpack or use as necessary to assess whether to keep the product.
Articles can be returned within the trial period in the original packaging, sending him a copy of the invoice. Buyer is responsible for payment of the related shipping.
If the items are unused and undamaged and returned promptly and correctly, Witzomer meets the price paid excluding shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned items. The shipping costs for shipments within the Netherlands with every order placed amounts charged EUR 6.95 to EUR 2.95 in regular parcels and packages letterbox format. For orders in and outside Europe EUR 8.50 (packets) and 5.95 (letterbox format) will be charged.
If the purchaser orders several articles, the costs are higher.
