Downloading Our Digital Files
Get your files faster! Every proof sent is a high resolution 300 DPI ready to print file, so you can print sooner!
To download an approved file on a PC
1. Click on the thumbnail that will be attached in our Etsy conversation. This will open the file to the full sized version.
2. Right click on that file and select Save As. You save it to your computer and that's it.
To download an approved file on a MAC
1. Click on the thumbnail that will be attached in our etsy conversation. This will open the file to the full sized version.
2. Hold both mouse paddles down and a Save As option will appear. Save it to your computer and that's it.
Can I edit my card?
We will handle all the editing for you, in most cases. We will work together to personalize your order to your liking and no we do not limit the number of proofs you have because we want you to be happy with us as well as your order.
You will have the ability to edit invites and or other files if you purchase one of our editable .pdf kits that come as an instant download.
Paper/Card stock we use for our professional in house printing.
90lb. Premium Luster
The textured satin and luster surfaces are what you’ve come to expect from traditional photo lab prints. Cards come out vibrant, crisp and clear.
and
80lb. Premium Matte
Matte stock gives you the rich, subtle character of a premium photo paper matte paper, if you are going with a chalkboard style card with no photos this will make your cards look and feel like real chalkboard in our opinion.
Envelopes
All of our print options with plain white envelopes.
All print options are single sided only.
Do we work on the weekends?
Yes we do. Being a small shop we feel it's important to be around for our clients. So yes we work when our clients need us to work.
Where do I put my cards wording?
When you make your purchase there will be a Note To Seller field. Just add all your event details there. We will use that information to assemble your order then send you a convo via Etsy messanger with a proof.

Printed Orders and Cancelations.
As stated in our Returns & Exchanges "I don't accept cancellations". If you absolutely have to cancel there will be a 45% service fee.
